Wholemeal Lavosh are long, thin, crisp biscuits with the addition of sprouted wheat for texture. A particularly good match for soft cheeses such as blues, white moulds and washed rinds. Yeast & egg free.
A little history
Karen & Ben started baking these original lavosh bread at their restaurant in Kurrajong NSW in 1993. Now baking from their Australian family owned bakery, the second generation of the family have joined them. Read about their story here.
