Riverine Blue – Berrys Creek

Handcrafted in Victoria using local Riverine water buffalo milk from Sunrise Plains Farm near Sale. The buffalo milk provides a rich, dense, buttery texture, with salty blue, minerally veins and a complex savoury flavour.

Barry Charlton established Berrys Creek Gourmet Cheese in Gippsland in 2007 with his partner Cheryl Hulls.  Specialising in making blue cheese from all types of milk –  this cheese is a first for Australia.
