Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crispbread 105g


Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crispbread are inspired by traditional Nordic recipes using just a few ingredients – organic fresh milk, organic flours and sourdough resulting in a wholesome delicious bread with the texture of a cracker. The dough is allowed to ferment naturally for 16 hours before use and then baked until golden and crisp, making these crisp breads the natural choice for smoked salmon, cheese or pâté.

Peter’s Yard is based in the UK & run by Ian & Wendy who were inspired by  their love of Sweden to  proudly produce ‘knäckebröd’ (crispbread).
