Monforte – Section 28 

Cheesemaker Kym Masters went to the Haut Jura region of France to study the popular cheese in France, Comté Gruyère. Kym returned to set up Section 28, where he is hand making uniquely Australian cheese in a European mountain cheese style showcasing the best milk of the Adelaide Hills.
