Hand made gnocchi made with potatoes, free range eggs, Mauri Italian Gorgonzola Dolce, G.Cravero Parmigiano Reggiano seasoned with nutmeg.

Ingredients – potato, St Davids Dairy Milk, Gorgonzola Dolce, Parmigiano Reggiano, cheddar, free range egg, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg,

Serves 1 – 2

Reheat in a preheated oven at 180c for 20 mins.

Suitable for freezing.
