Cunliffe and Waters Wine Jellies

Cunliffe & Waters Wine Jellies are hand made in small batches with wines from the Yarra Valley in Victoria. Available in 2 varieties – Chardonnay & Cabernet – either as single jars or paired in a gift box.

Chardonnay – This delicate jelly made from Chardonnay by Punt Road Winery pairs particularly with soft cheeses – such as Brillat Savarin, Le Dauphin & Fougerus.

Greenstone Cabernet – This exquisitely complex wine jelly is made in limited quantities using premium Cabernet wine from the finest grapes grown by Greenstone Vineyard. The jelly, with unmistakeable wine overtones, pairs well with washed rind cheeses such as Epoisses, Munster and Nightwalker.

Established by Amanda Cunliffe in 1996, Cunliffe & Waters has built a well-deserved reputation as a producer of some of the finest handmade preserves in Australia. All Cunliffe & Waters preserves are cooked very quickly in small batches to capture the pure flavours of the best possible ingredients. Only natural preservatives are used in these products. Completely gluten-free and in keeping with the handmade philosophy and local affiliation with growers in the Yarra Valley, local produce is sourced where possible.
