Azzurri Burrata 125g


Burrata is a stretched curd cheese, similar to mozzarella. The cheese is stretched to form a ‘bag’ which is then filled with a creamy curd known as Stracciata. The top of the bag is then knotted and the cheese is dipped in brine. Burrata is smooth on the outside with a mild buttery taste and creamy filling. Enjoy as part of a charcuterie plate or as centre stage in a salad.

A little history about Azzurri 

We discovered Azzurri Cheese at one of Victorias’ Farmers Markets and knew it would make a great addition to our range. The Azzurri Cheese Farm is located in the Macedon Ranges Region, an area renowned for its stunning scenery, with a long history of farming, winemaking & crafted food production. These artisan farmhouse cheeses are made to an authentic Italian style just 35 minutes from Melbourne.
