The Vegan Dairy Aged & Smokey is blend of organic cashew nuts, coconut oil, vegan culture and spices to create a dairy-free cheese with luscious creamy mouthfeel, sliceable texture and complex smokey flavour.
A precise blend of organic cashew nuts & coconut oil is what gives this product it’s semi-firm texture. A blend of turmeric, sea salt & vegan cultures (derived from sunflowers) bring it a cheese-like flavour and finally the judicious use of smoked paprika and liquid smoke extract add additional layers of flavour.
Vacuum-sealed in home-compostable packaging for maximum freshness, it is vegan (naturally) gluten free and Kosher.
