From an olive grove in the Grampians, Victoria, Mount Zero produce some of the finest olives and olive oils in Australia.

Mount Zero olives are hand-picked and brine-cured using traditional fermentation methods. Though time consuming, the process ensures a greater depth of flavour and the retention of the natural green colour.

Stored in their natural brine, these medium-large sized olives are great in salads, paired with anchovies and guindillas (pickled peppers) for a tasty snack as well as adorning a Dirty Martini (gin, dry vermouth, olive brine in your preferred ratios).

With a focus on sustainability & a passion for fine ingredients, Mount Zero produces one of the best oils and some of the best olives on the market from their grove on the edge of The Grampians National Park in Victoria. The olive grove was planted in the 1940s and is one of the oldest olive groves in Australia.
A total of 6000 Spanish Manzanilla and Gordal Olive trees line the base of the Grampian's most northern summit - Mount Zero. Biodynamic farming techniques are used and the grove is self-sustaining in its farming practices - feeding the trees directly from the soil humus rather than chemical inputs and the energy supply is sourced from off-grid wind and solar generators.

Mount Zero acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which they live, work and harvest: the Wotjobaluk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaia and Jupagulk people, represented by the Barengi Gadjin Land Council, and the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.
