A little history
This seasonal relish makes the best of fresh Australian tomatoes with the addition of some Italian Balsamic, a little garlic and a few herbs and spices. Small batch production is the key to maintaining the preserves high quality which has seduced many over the years. Take your meat pie or sausage roll next level with a generous spoon of this chunky relish.
From a tiny bungalow in Elwood to now supplying cafes, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores around Australia, Jam Lady Jams has been winning hearts for over 20 years. What began with bags of fruit delivered to owner Lisa O’Connor to help with her ill health got turned into jars of exotic jams.
‘I'd never made jam before but it completely fulfilled my desires of a creative life. I loved the tenderness of the fruit, it's coming of age, the aromatics and rifling through my spice tins. I came up with some fun names and figured if it sounded good, it would taste good!’
All recipes are made with local, seasonal produce, only Australian sugar and quality spices. No additives, preservatives or pectin is added, resulting in a more natural, genuine taste and feel of fruit.
