Our house marinated organic olives from Toolunka Olive Farm, SA. These olives are grown without the use of chemicals and fertilisers.

Harper and Blohm Marinated Olives are sourced from Toolunka Creek Olive Farm and then marinated in our own blend of aromatics. These firm, juicy olives are a far superior to most olives on the market and make a delightful accompaniment to a cheese and charcuterie board.

A little history about Toolunka

Toolunka Creek is a boutique olive business located at Taylorville, near Waikerie in the Riverland area of South Australia.

All produce is grown and processed on the farm to ensure consistency in taste and quality. The olives are grown naturally without fertilisers or chemicals and the only weedicide used under the trees is glyphosate. Any weeds which are not knocked out by this process are hand-pulled. All olives at Toolunka Estate are pickled within 24 hours of picking and the pickling process is of a traditional nature with all contents being natural. This process can take in excess of 12 months and no sacrifices in taste or quality are made to speed up the process.

OLIVE VARIETIES: Black Kalamata, Giant Kalamata, Wallace and Sevillano.

Ingredients: Toolunka Creek Organic mixed olives marinated in house with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, star anise and lemon zest. (contains pips)

How good are the olives though, am I right Alana? Thank you for all your support over these last 18 months, and we're not being cheesy about that. If we were being cheesy we would've said - Brie-lieve us, you're so gouda, we're really fondue you. Bet you're grateful we resisted, eh...
