Hand made gnocchi made with potatoes, free range eggs, Mauri Italian Gorgonzola Dolce, G.CraveroParmigiano Reggiano seasoned with nutmeg.

Ingredients - Potato, St Davids Dairy Milk, Gorgonzola Dolce, Parmigiano Reggiano, cheddar, free range egg, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg,

Serves 1 - 2

Reheat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 mins.

Serve with a green salad.

Suitable for freezing.
