City Larder Duck and Cherry Pâté is hand crafted on Wurundjeri country, Melbourne and an exquisite addition to any charcuterie board.

If you think of the classic City Larder Free Range Chicken Liver Pâté like a well-fitting suit, City Larder Duck and Cherry Pâté is your bespoke tuxedo. Made with mostly duck liver (and some chicken liver) it is enriched even further with butter and duck fat. Surely, you’d stop there, right? No, the folks at City Larder went ahead and added cherry liqueur and macerated French cherries with a little port, madeira and brandy – whoa!
This pâté has a smooth, silky texture and a gentle sweetness from the addition of cherries which nicely balances the slightly gamier flavour of the duck. This is a pâté that is ‘dressed to impress.’

Goes well with: Belgian Dubbel beers, fresh cheeses, goat milk cheese
