This Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay grapes) shows great complexity of character thanks to its 8 years on lees. Zero dosage lends it a bright acidity balancing the citrus zesty palate and long lingering finish. Sourced from the renowned Cope Williams vineyard Wurundjeri country, (Romsey), Victoria, this charming sparkling will brighten up any occasion.
A little history
After a tasting of Cope Williams Wine Library, winemaker Ben Ranken found a couple of particular vintages stood out heads and shoulders above the rest. He purchased a limited allocation of each and with the help of Lincoln Riley (ex Somm of Stokehouse now Harvest in Bendigo), disgorged them.
Harper & Blohm are honoured to be able to bring you this special treat for your next celebration.
