RETURNS POLICY

 

All food purchases

 

Harper and Blohm take great pride in providing you with the best quality products packed and delivered with care. We select our products very carefully and these should reach you in the very best condition. When your order arrives, please open the box and check that the contents are as expected.

Should you have any concerns at all, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email (see below) with your order number and we’ll aim to put it right. We ask that you supply us with photos of the items of concern and their original packaging, including labels. As we handle cheese, which changes with age, we do ask that you contact us with regards to quality concerns within 5 days of receipt of the order.

Non food purchases

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately on phone or email (see below) with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date. We will require clear images of the affected goods and the packaging sent to hello@harperandblohm.com.  Once we have assessed the images, we will be in touch to make arrangements accordingly.

In accordance with the ACCC guidelines Harper and Blohm is NOT required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

Wrong item delivered 

Cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to replace an item with a similar product. In this event, we will endeavour to contact you prior to despatching your order.

Our orders are hand packed and occasionally we make mistakes. If your order is incorrect in any way, please contact us by phone or email (see below)with your order number as soon as possible to address this. We will do our best to replace or refund for any items incorrectly invoiced or delivered.

REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if an item has become damaged due to misuse. We also do not offer cancellations for online orders. However, should you wish to amend any part of your order or the delivery date, please contact us by phone or email (see below) with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
