MOULD – a cheese festival

We are delighted to be attending this years’ MOULD – A Cheese Festival on Friday 5th & Saturday 6th May at the heritage listed Meat Market in North Melbourne.

Inspired by the legendary Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheeses and organised by REVEL.Global, the farmers’-market-turned-festival will be featuring some of Australias best cheese producers – with bonus cooking demonstrations and masterclasses.

Shaw River, Stone & Crow, Section 28, L’Artisan & Yarra Valley Dairy are just a few of the artisan cheese makers who’ll be showcasing their cheese.

We’ll be celebrating with grilled L’Artisan Organic Raclette from Victoria and our legendary Cheese Toasties, as seen at the Farmer’s Markets around Melbourne.
