MOULD – a cheese festival
Join us for the third annual MOULD – A Cheese Festival on Friday 16th & Saturday 17th August at the heritage listed Meat Market in North Melbourne.
Inspired by the legendary Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheeses and organised by REVEL. The festival will feature some of Australia’s best cheese producers – with bonus cooking demonstrations and masterclasses and wines, whisky, sake, beer and cider.
We’ll be celebrating with grilled L’Artisan Organic Raclette from Victoria and our legendary Cheese Toasties, as seen at the Farmer’s Markets around Melbourne.
