This Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay grapes) shows great complexity of character thanks to its 8 years on lees. Zero dosage lends it a bright acidity balancing the citrus zesty palate and long lingering finish. Sourced from the renowned Cope Williams vineyard Wurundjeri country, (Romsey), Victoria, this charming sparkling will brighten up your festive season.
A little history
After a tasting of Cope Williams Wine Library, winemaker Ben Rankin found a couple of particular vintages stood out heads and shoulders above the rest. He purchased a limited allocation of each and with the help of Lincoln Riley (ex Somm of Stokehouse now Harvest in Bendigo), disgorged them.
Harper & Blohm are honoured to be able to bring you this special treat for your next celebration.
