Aged Bullseye - a semi-hard mature cows milk cheese handmade with milk from a neighbouring farm in the Yarra Valley. Bulls Eye is a creamy textured cheese is sweet, nutty & earthy in taste. A labour of love - it took cheese maker Jack Holman 5 years to develop this cheese.
Marinated Persian Fetta - Yarra Valley Dairy’s flagship cheese is their Persian Fetta, a wonderful soft & creamy cows milk marinated cheese. Developed by Australian cheese pioneer Richard Thomas it was inspired by a trip to an Iranian desert village 40 years ago. A must have for all Australian households.
Firey - similar to the Persian Fetta with the addition of chilli & garlic.
Black Savourine - this semi-matured, ashed white mould goats log has a complex palette of flavours including roast nuts, cooked cream and a hint of blue with a full length. Not to mention how good it looks on your cheese board.
Gentle Goat ™ - is based on a tradition French Chévre. With a delicate creamy texture & clean fresh flavour, it is lovely served on its own. It’s also a versatile cheese to have on hand, added to salads, pizzas, pasta & tarts.
