We are so excited to announce that Harper & Blohm will have a stall showcasing melted Victorian cheese at two new accredited Victorian Farmers’ Markets this week!
You can find us at:
The University of Melbourne Farmers’ Markets
Wednesday 5th October, then every second Wednesday during semester
10:30am - 2:30pm
- Selling Raclette and soup
Collingwood Children's Farm Farmers’ Market
Saturday 8th October, then 2nd Saturday of the month
8am – 1pm
- Selling Raclette and grilled cheese sandwiches
Eltham Farmers’ Market
Sunday 9th October
9am – 1pm
- Selling Raclette and grilled cheese sandwiches
This week we will be making grilled cheese sandwiches at #CollingwoodFM & #ElthamFM, filled with local Victorian cheese and the odd seasonal vegetable from other market stall holders. We will use the beautiful Tivoli Road Bakery bread that we sell in the shop on Saturdays.
This weeks Grilled Cheese Sandwiches are: Barry's Blue, The Classic & Welsh Rarebit
Come and try some melted organic L’artisan Raclette, from South Western Victoria, served over steamed potatoes from Spring Creek Organics. Raclette originates from Switzerland, where in the Middle Ages they were melting cow’s cheese above ash. It’s a very typical winter dish, often eaten in the mountains before going skiing.
Delicious soup to warm you up at lunchtime! It will be made with local organic vegetables and, of course, cheese.
This weeks soups at #UniMelbFM are Cauliflower and Raclette & Blue cheese, leek and potato.
