Tivoli Road Bakery bread now available

Tivoli Road Bakery bread is available at Harper & Blohm Saturdays from 10:30am.

Husband and wife team, Michael and Pippa James, owns Tivoli Road Bakery in South Yarra.

Michael previously worked for Tom Aikens at 2-Michelin-starred Pied à Terre in London, and later at Tom’s Kitchen. He worked at the renowned Bourke St Bakery, Sydney before moving to Melbourne, firstly working at Baker D Chirico before starting with MoVida for the opening of MoVida Aqui, as head pastry chef/baker.

Michael was key in the opening of MoVida Bakery at 3 Tivoli Road in April 2012, before purchasing the bakery in August 2013 and
 reopening as Tivoli Road. His commitment to producing handmade, artisan goods using the freshest, highest quality ingredients he can find, has garnered him a strong following amongst local and visiting food lovers.

The bread is handmade, using locally milled organic flour, and baked on a
 stone hearth. What you see is what you get; our simplest bread contains flour, 
water, salt and wild yeast, and we use no artificial ingredients in any of our products.
