This is the Opinel spreading knife with a spatula blade, specially designed for spreading butter, jam, spread, mousses and pâtés. It has a 6cm spatula blade generously sized for quick spreading & the length of the handle and rounded tip of the knife makes it easy to scrape out the bottom of jars. The stainless steel blade has added chromium which aids its resistance to corrosion so it requires no special maintenance. Its stained hornbeam handle is available in Natural Beech or Sky Blue & is varnished to protect against moisture and dirt.
