Lancashire is an English territorial cheese from the county of Lancashire in the north-west! Due to the wax coating, the ivory coloured cheese has a dense, moist texture with a tart, tangy flavour. Like other territorials, its simple flavours match well with fruit bread, chutneys & ales.
