Established by Amanda Cunliffe in 1996, Cunliffe & Waters has built a well deserved reputation as a producer of some of the finest handmade preserves in Australia.
All of Cunliffe & Waters’ preserves are handmade in the Yarra Valley using local produce where possible. They produce a range of preserves under their own brand (Cunliffe & Waters) and also produce products on behalf of other food brands.

Cunliffe & Waters
The signature range of condiments and preserves are all produced in Cunliffe & Waters’ Yarra Valley kitchen. We sell a selection of their chutneys and relishes which all work wonders with our cheese.
Four Pillars Marmalades
Made using the left over oranges used to produce Four Pillars Gin. Four Pillars Marmalade is a sticky, bitter-sweet orange peel marmalade with a fragrant spicy kick. There’s no gin in this marmalade, but there are all the botanical flavours, giving you the experience of gin on toast!
Mr Wilkinson’s
The Mr Wilkinson’s range is produced by Cunliffe & Waters to chef Matt Wilkinson’s recipes (Owner of Pope Joan & Hams & Bacons, and author of Mr Wilkinson’s Favourite Vegetables & Mr Wilkinson’s Simply Dressed Salads). We stock the delicious Ploughman’s Pickle and Piccalilli that are perfect with a Clothbound traditional Cheddar such as Montgomery's from the UK or Pyengana from Tasmania.
