Truffle Honey Mild honey infused with the flavor and fragrance of truffles. To end a meal, truffle honey is delicious with G. Cravero Parmigiano Reggiano or Il Forteto Pecorino Toscano Stagionato or other sheep’s milk cheeses such as Manchego. Once opened truffle honey keeps well in a cool dark place but it’s fragrance will diminish over time. Truffle honey can also be used in marinades, basting game birds or drizzle it over thinly sliced Greenvale Farm free range prosciutto.

Hazelnuts in Truffle Honey A delicious treat made from hazelnuts grown in our trufferie, resting in local honey infused with truffle flavour. Pour over vanilla ice cream or stir into yoghurt or enjoy with cheese such as Mauri Gorgonzola Dolce.

See you Saturday
