This special British Isles Cheese masterclass will feature Jason Hinds of Neal's Yard Dairy London, and will be hosted by Harper & Blohm’s Olivia Sutton. It follows the success of Harper & Blohm's first Whey Up High event at Eureka 89, featuring Will Studd, in February this year.
Join us to sample some of the UK's best cheese - from Tunworth and Colston Bassett Stilton to Montgomery's Cheddar, along with famous Irish cheeses such as Durrus and Coolea.
Neal's Yard Dairy
Neal's Yard Dairy sell speciality farmhouse cheeses from all over the UK and Ireland. The team have a close relationship with their chosen producers, making regular visits to select their cheese to mature and sell. Through their support of many small producers they have protected the existence of classic British cheese and supported the development of new cheesemakers.
The original Neal's Yard Dairy shop is in Covent Garden, London. They also have a shop at the bustling Borough Market and a wholesale location in Bermondsey London, where they have rented three railway arches to mature their cheeses.
